refund and exchange
If your Tiffany Jewelry has reached your address damaged and/or broken, we can offer the following routes:
* you can exchange the item for another one, or it can be repaired
* you can be refunded.
Here are the options:
* Send us an email describing the issue you encountered .
* In your email please mention whether you asks for a refund, exchange, or repair under the manufacturer's warranty. Remember to provide your order
number in the email.
* If you can supply us with a digital photo of the damaged jewelry it will be even better.
* We will send you an email with a return code. The package you send to us should have this code enclosed. The item you want refunded, exchanged or
repaired should be sent to the address we will provide you with.
Note:
1.Returns can be sent back within 30 days upon receipt, all returned items must never been used and in new condition.
2. For every refund, there is a 10$ re-stocking fee the customer will cover.
3. Please contact our customer service first to obtain the return address and return code.
4. We suggest USPS Globe Priority Mail or Express service as shipping method.
